Now day, search engines look for fresh content, new ideas and Flexible applications, so in order to get indexed in yahoo, google, msn and at the most used search engines, we need to check if our website or Blog meet the required keywords, meta tags and so on.
in Templates4all we jumped from 200 visitors per day to 1000 visitors in 2 months, after a hard work and effort, we are at rank 3 in google, in fact we have to thank google.com for all what they do, the profite they share and the hundred of tools , tips and trick which they provide to us as a webmasters.

Use all the tools, read the howto in every one, verify and add your blog/website, follow all what they ask you to do, and be sure you will be indexed.

Review :

Google.com : Without any exception is the most easy one to use, add you site to google through http://www.google.com/addurl/ after that, use the Webmaster tool with the sitemap, add you websiote and verify it, be back in this tool the next day and you will see that the googlebot crawled your blog/website and already add a links to google.com , you just need to have a good fresh content ;)

Yahoo.com :
To be indexed in yahoo.com you will need to use the buzz yahoo! http://buzz.yahoo.com/ Most articles you write, most you get indexed in yahoo.com , after following the site explorer and buzzed my articles, i get now 1300 Backlins from Yahoo! Cheers! :)

Msn.com

More complicated and take time to be indexed, as long as they use a Complicated Bots also, The best trick to get indexed in msn is to update your RSS feed everytime you log at the webmasters area on msn, unfortunely, even if i did all what they ask, my Blog didn't got a backlinks as yahoo and google do.
